Clique (pronounced “kleek”) is a small, unique group of people that share related pursuits or backgrounds. Cliques can kind in any setting, from colleges to workplaces to social teams.
Cliques can have each constructive and unfavorable results. On the constructive facet, they will present members with a way of belonging and help. Cliques may assist members to develop their social expertise and be taught new issues. On the unfavorable facet, cliques will be unique and hurtful to those that will not be a part of the group. Cliques may result in battle and division inside a bigger group.
