BSKY uses two essential systems: a Transaction Management System (TMS) for beneficiary registration, package selection, and pre-authorisation initiation; and a Claims Management System.
As per BSKY policy, treatment package includes complications arising out of surgery. However in exceptional cases , referral can be made from one empanelled hospital to anotherempanelled.
